THE BEGINNING.

I fell in love with conference production when working at Terrapinn in London. Researching with people at the very top of their fields. Building something from nothing. The thrill of winning a sale. And of course, the final event, when the lights dimmed, the music started, and a hard-won keynote speaker stepped onto the stage.

Since those early days I’ve built and led teams and held senior positions at conference companies in London and New York. But I’ve always kept one foot in production. When life took me to a remote West Australian town, I worked as a freelance conference producer and event manager. It became clear there was an enormous need for reliable contractors working into Australia and Asia.

Adjuvant Event Services was then born, to provide reliable, motivated and versatile contractors in a range of specialties, like production, sales, operations and membership services. My freelancers are trained and managed by me to the standard I would ask of a regular conference team.
